While traveling with a co-worker on my way to a conference, when we arrived at baggage claim he noticed that some individuals had a bandana or ribbon attached to their bags.

With a look of bewilderment, he felt as if he had shortchanged himself because he didn’t have a luggage identifier for his bag.  This was bigger than a name tag for my co-worker.  He was really adamant about wanting something different to better define the identity of his bag.  He stated out loud “I don’t have anything tied to my bag.”  So on the return the trip he literally took his bracelet off to use as an identifier for his luggage.  From there the light bulb went off…

After extensive research, while there exist varying forms of bag identifiers the overwhelming consensus is most people like to tie things around their bags as oppose to just tagging them with an ID badge. But in my findings I was unable to find a fashionable version of an identifier that one could tie to their luggage or bag.

Hence the birth of Persona

Persona is not only for luggage but can be used for any bag in any situation.
